Blue Ant rolls out rebranded Digital Studios as it launches new series; eyes new genres

LOS ANGELES – Blue Ant Media has rebranded subsidiary Omnia Media’s production arm as Blue Ant Digital Studios just as three of its new digital series debut on Facebook’s streaming video service Facebook Watch.The Los Angeles-based production house and studio creates original short form and long form content with Omnia Media’s roster of talent and Blue Ant Media’s global reach in production, creative development and distribution.  Blue Ant Media acquired 100% of Omnia Media in 2016 after first taking a minority stake two years prior.  Dan Lubetkin will continue to oversee production and development as chief content officer at Blue Ant...
