Blue Ant readies international distribution division

TORONTO – Blue Ant Media has named Solange Attwood senior vice-president of international, where she will develop and launch the new international distribution arm of the company.Attwood, pictured, comes from Si Entertainment where she headed and launched that company’s distribution department. Prior to that, she was manager of international sales and acquisitions at Tricon Films & Television. Working with a number of international networks, her focus has been on scripted, factual, lifestyle and documentaries series and specials that appeal to global audiences.“Having Solange join Blue Ant Media marks the launch of our international division,” said Raja Khanna, CEO of television and digital, in Monday’s announcement. ...
