Blue Ant Media and Muse partner to launch scripted drama FAST channel


TORONTO – Blue Ant Media and independent production company Muse Entertainment announced Tuesday they have partnered up to launch Love Drama, a new free, ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channel that offers a variety of scripted drama, including romance, mysteries, thrillers and holiday-themed content.

The channel’s programming includes more than 300 hours of movies, series and miniseries from Muse Entertainment’s extensive library of scripted entertainment.

Love Drama is now available in Canada on LG Channels and Pluto TV and in the U.K. on Virgin Media and Netgem TV. The channel will roll out across additional platforms and territories around the world in the new year, according to a press release.

Drawing on content from Muse’s catalogue, the channel will feature monthly programming events, including the “Love Christmas” event that runs all December and features holiday movies such as Welcome to ChristmasHolidazeMarry Me at Christmas and A Rose for Christmas.

Other programming events coming to Love Drama will include “Murder Mystery Party” in January, featuring thrillers and mysteries such as 2005 TV movie Mind Over Murder and 2011 TV crime drama Jack of Diamonds. The channel’s “Love Valentine” event in February will feature scripted romantic movie specials, including 2021 TV movie Two For the Win.

Additional scripted drama series and movies slated to roll out on Love Drama in the coming months include the award-winning 2011 miniseries The Kennedys, as well as other TV gems from Muse’s library such as Bomb GirlsThis is Wonderland and White Hot, A Sandra Brown Mystery.
