Blue Ant launches 4K channel

TORONTO – Blue Ant Media announced today that its Love Nature brand is now available to media companies worldwide in 100% native 4K on linear and SVOD platforms.

According to the early morning press release, the offering includes Love Nature’s exclusive 4K content, shot all over the world in locales including Zambia, Scandinavia, Cambodia and the Middle East. This 300-hour annual commitment will fuel the channel’s pipeline of exclusive 4K content for years to come, according to the company.

Commercial-free programming will include stunning natural history series and documentaries such as Great Blue Wild and Land of Gremlins, in addition to programming blocks such as Wildest Mondays and Water Wednesdays.

The channel engages with fans all over the world via LoveNature.com, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram offering stunning images direct from its productions, news-breaking media coverage about the natural world and short-form videos, creating a social community for wildlife and nature fans globally.

This is the second Canadian company to launch a global 4K channel in the last 10 days  as Stingray Digital rolled its Ambience channel September 21st.
