Blue Ant International packs new crime series amongst 19 new titles for MIPTV

TORONTO – Blue Ant International has added 19 new titles, including three new true-crime series, ahead of MIPTV.

The distributor said that its new programming includes 11 new factual entertainment series, four new
high-impact documentaries, and four never-before-available nature and wildlife
programmes.

The new crime series include BTK: A Killer Among Us (2×60’), Fred & Rose West: House of Horrors (1×60’), and the fifth season of See No Evil (16×60’ – pictured).  Other highlights include paranormal series My Worst Nightmare (10×60’; HD; Pixcom Productions), Paranormal Survivor V (10×60’; HD; Our House Media) and the second season of UFOs: The Lost Evidence (10×60’; HD; Megalomedia).

Four lifestyle series also make their debut at MIPTV including Saloon Media’s The Bryk Retreat (6×30’ HD), Architect Films’ Coolest Places to Stay (6×30’; HD), Sarah Off the Grid II (6×60’; HD) by Alibi Entertainment, and Stripe Media’s 100 Day Renovation – 99 Problems (8×60’; HD).

“We continue to acquire some of the most unique programmes on the market,” said Blue Ant International EVP Solange Attwood, in the news release.  “We also have grown our relationships with six new marquee producers like Oxford Scientific, Arrow Media, Saloon Media, Pixcom Productions, to name a few, and as a result, have some amazing new programmes to offer our buyers that really tap into global trends and the current zeitgeist.”
