BlackBerry launches its own app store

WATERLOO, ON – Research In Motion has launched its equivalent of Apple’s App Store. Called the BlackBerry App World, the new on-device application store for BlackBerry smart phones is designed to automatically present the relevant catalog of applications available for a user’s specific BlackBerry smart phone model.
