Bite TV awards $10,000 deal in new web series contest

TORONTO – Bite TV has awarded $10,000 to fund a new web series to the winner of its first Bite Comedy Web Series Competition. Held yesterday at Toronto’s Second Day during Bite TV’s inaugural Web Series Symposium, three finalists were invited to pitch their project in front of a panel of judges to win a development deal with Bite to fund their project. Dad Drives, pitched by Daniel Beirne and Mark Little, was crowned winner of the competition and awarded a cheque for $10,000.
