Bell’s FX acquires ServiceNow partner HGC Technologies

Bell’s FX Innovation announced Wednesday it has acquired HGC Technologies, adding to the telco’s suite of digital automation expertise and facilitating FX’s growth in the U.S. market. The combination follows Bell’s multi-year partnership with digital workflow company ServiceNow, which Montreal-based cloud services provider FX – acquired by Bell last year – will implement.
