Bell updates Fibe TV On Demand UI, adds movie reviews


MONTREAL – Bell has refreshed the user interface for its Fibe TV On Demand store, which now includes detailed movie reviews from the Rotten Tomatoes web site. This is a first for on-demand video services claims Bell. New Bell Fibe TV clients have immediate access to the new interface, while current subscribers will be gradually phased in over January and February 2013.

"We've re-energized the Bell Fibe TV On Demand store to make Canada's best TV service even better," said Wade Oosterman, President of Bell Mobility and Bell Residential Services, and Bell's Chief Brand Officer. "Bell TV is committed to bringing the best content to our customers, and we're making it even easier to enjoy with a superior On Demand interface."

New features of the Fibe TV On Demand store include:

•            A fresh poster-style interface

•            Integrated ratings, reviews and recommendations from Rotten Tomatoes

•            The new "My Videos" feature that enables viewers to add content to their wish list for future screening while showing all current rentals in one location.

Bell Fibe TV On Demand provides access to Canada's largest selection of On Demand HD programming and an extensive selection of the hottest and most current movies, TV programs and series from popular channels including AMC, CTV, CTV Two, Disney Junior, HBO, HGTV and The Movie Network. Movies are available starting from $4.99, and much of the content is available free of charge.
