Bell 'rolls over' with new rate plans

MISSISSAUGA – Bell Mobility announced a new rate plan that will allow users to carry over unused local voice minutes to the following month, the company said today. Called ‘Rollover Minutes’, the plans are designed to help customers balance high and low usage months while avoiding additional per-minute charges, the release says. Starting at $30 per month, the plans are divided in to categories of voice, e-mail and Internet plans for phones, BlackBerrys and windows mobile devices.
