
Bell last week introduced a refreshed MyBell app offering new features and improvements that it says are designed to enhance the customer experience.
A key enhancement in the refreshed MyBell app is an improved navigation system with simplified and intuitive pathways to common actions, such as managing services, shopping for products and services, and accessing support, Bell said in an email announcing the improvements to the app.
A reimagined home screen provides a summary view of account and services, with contextualized alerts and personalized reminders to guide customers, Bell said.
In addition, the improved app includes a new dedicated area to manage subscribed services, as well as a new modern visual design that has been updated across the main landing pages, with more improvements coming throughout the app, Bell added.
Bell says the refreshed MyBell app is a direct result of its extensive research and collaboration with its customers.
New customers or customers who don’t already have the MyBell app can download it via the App Store or Google Play. Existing customers already using the app should check their phone settings to make sure automatic app updates are enabled so they are always running the latest version of the MyBell app, Bell advised.
