MONTREAL – Bell says that they are the first major Canadian provider to offer a server replication service aimed at mid-sized customers to ensure continuous availability of applications and data, even in the event of a critical systems failure or disaster.
The Bell Server Replication service is delivered in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model high-speed Internet connection, meaning no capital investment is required.
"This service gives our clients enterprise-class protection on a mid-market budget," said Stéphane Boisvert, president of Bell business markets, in the press release. "Clients are therefore able to free up capital budget for operating expenses. And because it scales rapidly and easily, the server replication service expands as the client’s business grows."
