TORONTO – Bell Media is about to tip its cup, ‘er hand, on its new subscription video-on-demand service currently code-named ‘Project Latte’.
According to an invitation received by Cartt.ca, the big reveal will take place this Wednesday morning at an event in downtown Toronto. We’ll be there.
Designed to complement traditional television, Bell Media has said that the service will be made available to all TV subscribers in the country, pending agreements with participating TV providers, on their traditional set-top box, as well as via mobile apps, the web, and other platforms including game consoles and Smart TVs. Project Latte has pledged to serve up more than 10,000 hours of non-kids TV programming, including some 350 unique TV titles, when it launches later this month.
