TORONTO – Bell Media is rolling out the red carpet for homegrown superstar Shania Twain with a network special and exclusive coverage of her Canadian press tour on March 5.
After the network premiere of her special Shania: Still The One Live From Vegas on February 28 at 9:00 PM ET/PT on CTV and CTV Go, the day of exclusive interviews will see the international icon appear on Bell Media TV, radio, and digital outlets including ETALK, CTV News, The Marilyn Denis Show, The Social, 104.5 CHUM FM, Canada AM, CP24, and CTV.ca. Returning to Canada following a two-year residency in Las Vegas, Twain will discuss the popular show, the release of her new live album and DVD combo Still The One: Live From Vegas, and what she has coming up.
During her two years in Las Vegas, Twain performed 105 shows for 337,500 guests from all over the world. With more than 75 million albums sold worldwide and U.S. sales topping 34.5 million, Twain remains the top-selling female country artist of all time. Her 1997 release Come On Over has sold in excess of 15.6 million, making it the top-selling country album and places it in the Top 10 all genre best sellers of all time.
