Bell Media elevates Moses to head Astral Out of Home as Quétel departs

TORONTO – Bell Media has promoted Karine Moses to president of Astral Out of Home following Luc Quétel’s decision to leave the organization, the company said Wednesday.Moses (pictured) was most recently VP of field operations support for Bell, and previously held the position of VP of Bell technical solutions.
