Bell expands agreement with Amdocs for customer service solutions

ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Customer service solution provider Amdocs announced Tuesday it has expanded its agreement with Bell Canada to add an extended set of Amdocs’ real-time microservices based on the company’s Microservices360 framework. This agreement builds on Bell’s announcement in February it was implementing several microservices of the Amdocs CES20 portfolio, which is Amdocs’ cloud-native version of its customer experience suite of products.
