
TORONTO – beIN Sports Canada is kicking off its exclusive live coverage of all 26 matches of the 2015 Copa América starting Thursday.
Copa América, first played in 1916, is the oldest national team football tournament in the world. The 44th edition of the competition kicks off June 11 with Chile against Ecuador in Santiago, Chile, with the final group matches scheduled for June 21. The knockout round begins June 24, and the final will take place on July 4.
Copa América 2015 features 10 teams from South America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela, plus two invited teams from Jamaica and Mexico. The tournament will feature world superstars such as Lionel Messi, Neymar, James Rodriguez, Alexis Sanchez, Edinson Cavani, and Rafa Marquez, among others.
