Beanfield Metroconnect acquires ISP FibreStream

TORONTO — Beanfield Metroconnect, which owns and operates the largest independent fibre-optic network in Toronto and Montreal, announced today it has acquired FibreStream, an Internet service provider operating in the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa and Vancouver. The acquisition is part of Beanfield’s ongoing commitment to expand its residential network into more communities, says a company press release.
