BCE taps Mirko Bibic as COO; Wade Oosterman named vice chair

MONTREAL – BCE has elevated Mirko Bibic to chief operating officer for BCE Inc. and Bell Canada, and named Wade Oosterman as vice chair of BCE and Bell Canada.Bibic (pictured right) will now lead the company's largest customer-facing business units, including Bell Mobility, Bell Residential and Small Business, and Bell Business Markets.
