BCE completes CTV acquisition, introduces Bell Media unit

MONTREAL - BCE launched its Bell Media business unit on Friday after officially closing its $3.2 billion acquisition of CTV.The new division, led by president Kevin Crull, encompasses all of CTV’s properties plus Bell’s content assets including its Sympatico portal.
