Barrett Xplore switches on 4G network in Quebec

WOODSTOCK, NB – Barrett Xplore has signed up the first customers for its 4G network after going live in Quebec on Tuesday.Under the Xplornet brand, the company’s network currently covers the 8,500 square kilometre area from Bas St. Laurent to the New Brunswick border in Quebec. The company said that it will create Canada's first national 4G network by leveraging its hybrid terrestrial and satellite network.
