Banff World Television Festival recognizes BBC for outstanding achievement

TORONTO – The British Broadcasting Corp. has been named the recipient of the Banff World Television Festival’s 2007 Outstanding Achievement Award for its “high-quality programming and overall contribution to the television industry.” The award will be presented during the TV festival on June 10 at the Fairmount Springs in Banff, Alberta.
