Banducci leaving Cogeco's Peer1 Hosting

MONTREAL - Cogeco Cable said Tuesday that Fabio Banducci has resigned from his duties as co-CEO of its wholly-owned subsidiary Peer1 Hosting to refocus on other opportunities. His resignation takes effect December 18, 2013. At that time, Gary Sherlock, who shared the co-CEO duties with Banducci, will take on the president and chief executive officer role.
