Bains to deliver closing keynote at virtual Telecom Summit

MARKHAM, Ont. — Navdeep Bains, Canada’s minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED), will deliver the closing keynote speech at the virtual Canadian Telecom Summit later this month, conference organizers announced today. Winding up the three-day virtual conference, Bains is scheduled to speak on Thursday, November 19 at 4:30 p.m. ET.
