TORONTO – Blue Ant Media music channel AUX is teaming up with entertainment rewards program Scene on an exclusive summer concert series and national campaign.

The companies said Monday that the concerts will take place in Toronto and Vancouver in August and September with live streaming on AUX and Scene’s Facebook pages. Full details will be revealed later this summer.  The integrated campaign will include digital video, custom editorial pieces and social amplification leading up to the live events, which will be promoted though the AUX Music Network.

“Our partnership with Scene highlights the diversity of expertise Blue Ant Media is able to provide our brand partners from start to finish,” said Ryan Fuss, SVP media solutions, in the news release.  “From one-of-a-kind experiential activations to custom content creation and cross-platform distribution, this collaborative content marketing program is sure to introduce Scene members to a new realm of rewards and authentic music experiences.”

Launched by Scotiabank and Cineplex Entertainment in 2007, the Scene program enables members to earn and redeem points for music, movies, DVDs, movie downloads and concessions.  It has more than five million members across Canada.

“Our members are pop-culture enthusiasts and through ongoing dialogue with them, we know they see value in unique experiences both in and out of movie theatres,” added Katherine Dimopoulos, Scene’s head of marketing & brand experience.  “We are excited to partner with the AUX Music Network, to deliver this engaging content and exclusive experience to our Scene members.”
