AURORA – Aurora Cable will launch what is believed to be Canada’s first high definition cable community channel on Sunday. “We have a demanding subscriber base who have come to expect the very best of television, Internet and telephone,” said Steve Mitchell, director of community television at the independent cable company serving about 16,000 subscribers north of Toronto.
