ATX Networks buys Israel's Arcos Technologies

AJAX, ON - ATX Networks has acquired Israeli-based video and broadcast technology company Arcos Technologies Ltd. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ATX designs and manufactures products used to fulfill the everyday requirements of the world’s largest cable companies for their network operations, maintenance and expansion needs.
