ATX Networks appoints Dan Whalen as president and CEO

WHITBY, Ont. — ATX Networks, a global provider of broadband access and media distribution solutions, today announced Dan Whalen (above) has been appointed as the company’s president and CEO, effective immediately. A cable industry veteran with more than 20 years of senior management experience, Whalen was most recently chief product officer at ADTRAN. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles at ARRIS, which was acquired by CommScope in 2019.
