ATX hires QRF GM


AJAX, Ont. – Tim Buck has been hired as general manager of ATX Networks’ QRF engineering and manufacturing operation in Jupiter, Florida.

Buck has more than 28 years of CATV industry experience in various roles. He began his career in 1971 with Warner Cable in Clearfield, PA and spent 22 years as general manager for ATCI, Tele Media, and TCI of Carrolltown, PA. In 2000, after a few years of developing and managing several business opportunities, Buck joined Quintech Electronics as its sales and marketing manager.

His industry knowledge and experience gained during those years in telecommunications enables him to provide sound operational experience and leadership to QRF, says the ATX release.

“Tim’s experience will be invaluable to his new position at QRF,” said Ken Wildgoose, president of ATX Networks. “He makes an excellent addition to the ATX team and will play a significant role in helping ATX grow and prosper.”
