SaskTel tops 100,000 maxTV customers

REGINA – SaskTel said Friday that it has reached 100,000 maxTV customers across the Province of Saskatchewan.

To celebrate the accomplishment, the company will award its 100,000th customer with a prize package on November 16.  Existing maxTV subscribers will be automatically entered to win and will have the opportunity to refer family and friends to the maxTV service and be entered to win another prize (prizing details TBD).

SaskTel maxTV offers digital TV, Movies on Demand, Pay Per View, Galaxie music channels and Saskatchewan radio stations, as well as exclusive TV apps and unique local content.  The service is available without contracts, installation fees, or equipment to buy so customers can try it risk free.

“We constantly strive to deliver the newest technology to provide the best TV service and user experience for our customers,” said president and CEO Ron Styles, in the news release.  “As a testament to this, we were pleased to receive the highest numerical score among television service providers in western Canada and be awarded the J.D.
