Capella buys Incospec Communications

PETERBOROUGH, ON - Capella Telecommunications has acquired Montreal-based telecommunications distributor and systems integrator Incospec Communications, the companies announced late Tuesday. Financial terms of the transaction were not released.With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, Incospec has acquired expert knowledge in compressed digital video, IPTV, multimedia content processing and delivery, including signal monitoring and analysis.
