VANCOUVER - Power solutions companies Alpha Technologies Ltd. and Argus Technologies Ltd. will merge into one company called Alpha Technologies Ltd. effective January 1, 2010.Both companies have developed power solutions for the CATV, telecom, traffic, security and industrial sectors around the globe for more than two decades.
