APTN last month announced it is expanding its presence across digital platforms with the launch of a new free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel on Roku and Pluto TV in Canada, and is transitioning its streaming platform from APTN lumi to APTN+.
Now available on The Roku Channel and Pluto TV, APTN Beyond is a paranormal FAST channel that invites viewers into a world of unexplained phenomena, haunting encounters and ancestral spirits. Featured series include The Other Side (10 seasons), Ghost Hunters of the Grand River (four seasons), Spirit Talker (five seasons), Indians and Aliens, Lands Enchanted, Red Earth Uncovered, Shadow of the Rougarou and Tales from the Rez.
The rebranding of APTN lumi to APTN+ is designed to improve the streaming platform’s visibility and reaffirms APTN’s commitment to making indigenous stories more accessible, APTN said in a statement.
