Apple debuts “faster, more powerful” iPhone

SAN FRANCISCO - Apple rolled out the new iPhone 3G S Monday, billed as the “fastest, most powerful iPhone yet”, at the company's annual conference for Apple software developers. Up to twice as fast as the current iPhone 3G, this new version offers longer battery life, video recording, hands free voice control, a 3 megapixel autofocus camera, and a digital compass. It also comes with a new mobile operating system with over 100 new features, including a ‘Find My iPhone’ feature that helps to locate a lost iPhone.
