
TORONTO – Accessible Media Inc. (AMI) announced Tuesday its AMI-audio lineup for the 2023-24 broadcast season, which includes new and returning programs and podcasts.
Debuting on AMI-audio this fall is The Washington Post This Week, which has veteran AMI narrator Matt Speirs reading “a selection of the most thought-provoking perspectives published by the newspaper,” says an AMI press release. The Washington Post This Week airs on AMI-audio Saturdays and Sundays at 9 a.m. ET.
Programs returning to AMI-audio this season include: The Globe and Mail Today, airing Monday-Friday at 8 a.m. ET; Maclean’s Magazine, Monday-Friday at 9 a.m. ET; The Guardian Daily, Monday-Friday at 10 a.m. ET; Voices of The Walrus, Monday-Friday at 11 a.m. ET; Double Tap, which airs daily at 12 p.m. ET; My Life in Books with Red Széll, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 1 p.m. ET; AMI Audiobook Review, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 1 p.m. ET; Kelly and Ramya, Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. ET; Outdoors with Lawrence Gunther, Saturdays and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. ET; and Podcast Roundup, Saturdays and Sundays at 3 p.m. ET.
Returning AMI-audio podcasts — available with video on YouTube — include Low Vision Moments, Para Sport Update, Shaun of the Shed, The Pulse and Tripping on Air.
