DENVER,CO – WFN: World Fishing Network USA has sold off 50% of its operations to sports media and entertainment company Altitude Sports & Entertainment. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
As part of the transaction, WFN will relocate its U.S. operations in Denver to Altitude’s Network Operations Center in Centennial, Colorado. WFN’s Canadian operations will remain headquartered in Toronto.

"WFN is a first-class operation, and its team, led by Mark Rubinstein, has done a fantastic job in the launch and roll-out of this high-quality Network. Founded in 2005, WFN is available to more than 20 million households in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean through its standard and high definition channels, video-on-demand, on-line and mobile platforms.

Seen in more than 3.1 million homes in a 10 state territory and a total of 6.3 million homes nationally, Altitude is the television home of the Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Denver Nuggets (NBA), Colorado Mammoth (NLL) as well as other local and regional sports, entertainment and public service programming.
