TORONTO – In a move it claims will “revolutionize customer service in the Canadian telecommunications industry,” Allstream has launched its Allstream Service Guarantee (ASG).
"Our customers want more than a promise – they want customer service with a guarantee we'll stand behind," said Dean Prevost, President, Allstream in a statement. "We are ready to deliver an industry-leading level of service and to be accountable to our customers."
The ASG applies to Allstream's IP solutions and consists of five “tangible commitments” that cover the service experience from start to finish. These commitments include a dedicated order manager, guaranteed installation due date, first bill walkthrough option, service resolution expert and a customer reference option. Allstream says the ASG includes a financial guarantee, subject to the typical exceptions, that provides one month’s free service based on your Allstream contract if a commitment is missed.
