“All-Canadian” season three of ‘Travelers’ nabbed by Netflix

TORONTO – Canadian sci-fi drama Travelers has been renewed for a third season that will be available exclusively on Netflix.Initially produced and commissioned by Corus-owned Showcase, Travelers stars Eric McCormack who is set to direct the season three premiere.  McCormack, who was starring in Travelers prior to NBC’s reboot Will & Grace, announced the show’s renewal via Twitter.“Before I was Will Truman again, I was a Traveler”, McCormack wrote.  “And I am so excited to be able to tell our fans, worldwide, that Brad Wright’s subtle and stunning sci-fi drama is back for a third season.
