Aliant makes back-to-school easier for children in need

SAINT JOHN - Aliant recently announced two new initiatives in partnership with the Aliant Pioneer Volunteers to make back-to-school easier for children in need. The BCE-owned eastern telco (serving New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland & Labrador) will make a $10 donation from every sale made under the Personal Computer (PC) Purchase Program and buy all backpacks for the Pioneer's Backpacks for Kids program.Also, to provide an opportunity for the general public to contribute, Aliant has organized a school supply drive across Atlantic Canada through its dealer locations.
