Aliant brings PVR to market

HALIFAX – Bell Aliant is making personal video recorders (PVR) available to customers as part of its Aliant TV service. “Bringing customers what they want is very important to us,” said Heather Tulk, senior vice president of customer solutions, in a press release. “Aliant TV PVR gives customers the ability to control their television viewing experience and is a great addition for our Aliant TV customers.” Aliant's PVR can store up to 40 hours of high-definition programming, “the most in Atlantic Canada” the release says, or 120 hours of standard definition programming.Aliant TV is available in Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, and Lower Sackville in Nova Scotia;...
