Aldea, Intelsat join forces on global satellite, fibre video distribution network

MONTREAL - Canadian video supplier Aldea Solutions has struck a peering relationship with Intelsat S.A. to expand satellite and fibre video contribution and distribution networks for media customers globally.Through the partnership, Intelsat will further expand the reach of its IntelsatOne terrestrial network via Aldea’s international fibre network, adding connectivity to media locations in 35 cities, as well as connections to content programmers.
