ACTRA, APFTQ and CMPA begin bargaining for new agreement

TORONTO - The Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists (ACTRA) has begun bargaining with producers for a new Independent Production Agreement (IPA) that covers film and television work for its members.
