Acronym launches Unified Communications as a Service

TORONTO – Acronym Solutions (formerly Hydro One Telecom) announced today it has launched a new cloud-hosted communications solution, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS).

UCaaS “connects employees, teams and customers wherever they happen to be,” a press release explains.

The new solution combines voice, messaging, video calling and meeting features, meaning employees will not need “to scramble to join a video call on one device while sending a customer an email on a different app,” the press release says.

Another benefit of UCaaS is its ease of integration as it seamlessly integrates with over 100 CRM apps. It is also intuitive and scalable and cost-effective.

“Remote work is a trend that’s here to stay,” said John Papadakis, president and CEO, Acronym Solutions, in the press release. “That’s why we’re providing our customers with seamless and secure collaboration tools to keep their employees connected to each other and to their customers. UCaaS boosts productivity and employee responsiveness, so businesses can focus on their growth strategies.”
