Acronym launches Unified Communications as a Service

TORONTO – Acronym Solutions (formerly Hydro One Telecom) announced today it has launched a new cloud-hosted communications solution, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). UCaaS “connects employees, teams and customers wherever they happen to be,” a press release explains. The new solution combines voice, messaging, video calling and meeting features, meaning employees will not need “to scramble to join a video call on one device while sending a customer an email on a different app,” the press release says.
