ACI’s Michael Garbe named CNOC chair, CEO

OTTAWA - Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC) elected Michael Garbe as its incoming chairman and CEO at their recent 2016 annual member’s meeting.Garbe (pictured) is the founder and CEO of Accelerated Communication Inc. and is also the former vice-chairman of CNOC.
