Access Communications announces Carmela Haines as new CEO

REGINA — Access Communications Co-operative’s board of directors today announced Carmela Haines (above) has been appointed the company’s new CEO effective Jan. 1, 2023. Haines is taking over the position from Jim Deane, who announced his retirement this past June. She has been with Access Communications since 2003 when she joined as vice-president, finance and administration. “In 2019, Carmela was promoted to Chief Operating Officer,” a press release says.
