WildBrain hires former Moonbug exec Emma Witkowski for new VP, Media Solutions role


WildBrain announced Tuesday it has appointed former Moonbug Entertainment executive Emma Witkowski to the newly created position of vice president of media solutions.

In this new role, Witkowski will lead WildBrain’s media solutions business, driving advertising sales for the kids and family entertainment company’s large global inventory across digital platforms including YouTube, free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) and ad-supported video on demand (AVOD), as well as brand integrations on gaming platforms such as Roblox and Fortnite, a WildBrain press release says.

Based in Los Angeles, Witkowski started her new role in December 2024, reporting to Kate Smith, WildBrain’s executive vice president of audience engagement.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience as a marketing and advertising executive, Witkowski most recently was global head of strategy and client success at Moonbug, where she was responsible for building and scaling the kids content company’s brand partnerships business. In previous roles, she led teams to develop and implement revenue-growth strategies in advertising and brand partnerships for several notable brands and digital companies, including Apple, Sony Pictures, Lionsgate, Facebook, and PlayStation. She has also previously held senior positions delivering innovative digital campaigns and buying strategies for leading agencies and advertising companies, including Mindshare and Manning Gottlieb OMD, WildBrain’s press release says.
