
Astral, Bell Media’s out-of-home advertising division, announced Wednesday it has renewed its long-standing exclusive advertising partnership with Transgesco, the subsidiary that manages advertising operations for the Société de Transport de Montréal (STM), the city’s public transit agency.
As part of the agreement, Astral will launch new digital and static products throughout STM’s transportation network, which includes buses and the métro underground transit system, in the coming years, a press release says.
“For more than 30 years, the partnership between Astral, the STM, and Transgesco has emphasized a mutual objective to deliver innovative [out-of-home], [digital out-of-home], and engaging user experiences through multiple activations including bus wraps, static murals, and digital murals, in the unique STM advertising environment,” the release says.
“We are thrilled to embark on another exciting chapter of collaboration with Transgesco and STM,” Farshad Kajouii, general manager of OOH and business development at Bell Media, said in the release. “This renewed partnership is a testament to the strong relationship Astral and STM have built throughout the years, rooted in trust and an unwavering dedication to innovative out-of-home solutions for advertisers.”
