This summer has been a terrible lesson in how quickly our lives can change. Floods in Nova Scotia, wildfire smoke from Northern Quebec blanketing major cities, storms in central Canada, and unprecedented wildfire disasters in British Columbia, northern Alberta and the Northwest Territories.
