Senate transport committee to hold two more meetings on C-11 next week

OTTAWA – The Senate Standing Committee on Transport and Communications has scheduled two more meetings on Bill C-11, the Online Streaming Act, for next week. The first will take place Sept. 27 starting at 9 a.m. Witnesses to appear include Monica Auer, executive director of the Forum for Research and Policy in Communications, Irene Berkowitz, senior policy fellow, Audience Lab at The Creative School and J.J.
