TFO announces French-language election coverage

TORONTO – Franco-Ontarian public media company Groupe Média TFO announced today TFO and its digital platform ONFR+ will offer “unprecedented” coverage of Ontario’s provincial election, including three French-language debates and election night. This will allow the Franco-Ontarian community “to learn more about the platforms of the parties that represent them,” a press release says. “The political debates, for the purpose of exchanging information on Franco-Ontarian realities, will first take place in Toronto on May 17, in collaboration with Radio-Canada at TVO’s studios, from 8 to 9 p.m.,” says the release.
